"Jesus paid the price up on that rugged Cross 

He took away our sins no matter what they cost 

Our lives forever changed by his Amazing Grace

We live each day knowing we will one day see his face 

We are surrounded by his presence as he carries us through life 

He never leaves our side he's the reason and the light 

When we go through pain and sorrow he holds us by the hand 

And covers us with a sense of peace that is hard to understand 

He lifts us up daily even when we are unaware 

There is no burden too heavy and nothing he cannot bear

All he asks in return is that we put our lives in his hands

And surrender our will to him and obey his father's commands 

Without him we are nothing and our struggles would be in vain

We would go through life so lost with nothing to ease our pain 

I for one am blessed to call him by his name 

Jesus is my Savior and of that I am not ashamed 

His light shines all around me and allows me to clearly see

I am now completely forgiven and with him I will one day be"
